Jack’s primary practice areas include residential and commercial real estate, business law, probate law and estate planning. He is admitted to practice before the Superior Courts of Georgia, the Court of Appeals of Georgia, and the Supreme Court of Georgia. He is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, Valdosta Bar Association, Valdosta Lowndes County Chamber of Commerce, and the Leadership Lowndes Class of 2007.
Jack is a Valdosta native and a graduate of Mercer University in Macon, Ga., where he earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in 2001. He received his Juris Doctorate degree from Mississippi College School of Law in 2005.
Jack is a member of the board of directors of The Langdale Company and the Harley Langdale, Jr. Foundation. He is actively involved with the Boys & Girls Club of Valdosta, serving on both the corporate board and the board of its foundation. He is also a regular volunteer for Georgia Legal Services. In February, 2014, he was recognized by the Valdosta Bar Association for providing legal services to the organization and was awarded the 2009 Volunteer of the Year Award from its regional office.
He and his wife, Gini, have two daughters, Mary and Gretchen, and attend First Christian Church in Valdosta. Jack enjoys spending time with his family, outdoor activities, and watching college football.
