Jennifer is licensed to practice law in Georgia and Florida, and she focuses her practice in the areas of commercial real estate and business transactions, including USDA-guaranteed Business & Industry loans; residential real estate; estate planning and probate law; and business law. She is a member of the State Bar of Georgia, the Valdosta Bar Association, and the State Bar of Florida.
Jennifer received a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Valdosta State University in 2012, summa cum laude, and received the University System of Georgia’s Academic Recognition Day Award from the Georgia Legislature. She obtained her Juris Doctorate from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2016, magna cum laude, where she was selected for induction into the Order of the Coif. During law school, she served as an articles editor for the Georgia Law Review and also worked at the firm as a law clerk for two years.
Jennifer and her husband, Dr. Colin Walker, married in 2015; in their spare time, they enjoy hiking with their two rescue dogs and attending most professional sporting events. She serves as the 2019-2020 President of the Valdosta Chapter of Georgia Association of Women Lawyers; as a member of the 2019-2020 provisional class of the Valdosta Junior Service League; and as an Associate Board Member of Red Carpet of South Georgia, Inc., a nonprofit dedicated to welcoming and supporting Air Force and other military personnel stationed in the Valdosta-Lowndes County area.
